Appointments
The best way to set up an appointment is to contact Murray or Donna Armstrong by phone at 780–444–4399. When you phone, you will probably be greeted by our answering machine. To efficiently meet your needs, please leave the following data and PLEASE SPEAK SLOWLY:

- Phone numbers
- You have the option of leaving a brief description of the issue
Alternatively, you can email: dmarm@telusplanet.net requesting an appointment. Because there are so many factors in juggling schedules, we prefer you phone us.
Availability of Services offered by Murray or Donna Armstrong
Even though we may be booked for 3 to 4 weeks from the time you phone, we often find that by putting new clients on a waiting/cancellation list, we can usually offer an appointment time from almost immediately to 1 to 2 weeks after the initial request for therapy.
Fees at Armstrongs’ Counselling Services Centre
NO GST IS ADDED TO COUNSELLING FEES, CASH AND CHEQUES ONLY, NO PLASTIC.
Murray Armstrong’s fee:
$150/ hr.
Upon request, special financial circumstances may be considered. Murray’s fee range is $125 ‐$150. Many Insurance Plans will cover therapy fees. Check if your Insurance Company is willing to cover a:
REGISTERED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER WITH A MASTER’S DEGREE, Murray Armstrong, MSW, RSW Registration #1359
If your Insurance Company is not willing to cover a MSW, please contact Murray to discuss ways to negotiate a possible alternative with the Insurance Company.
Donna Armstrong’s fee:
$80/ hr.
Preferred booking for each appointment is 1.5 hours = $120/session. Limited availability for sessions (Tuesday and Thursday on every alternate week)
5:00 ‐6:30 pm appointments book very fast and many weeks ahead. Donna Armstrong, B. Ed. is not covered by any medical plan.
